Chop builders and Warmups

Contained in this section are the exercises that are most dear to my heart. After many years of spending practice time hacking through songs I learned (finally) that some time focused on technique and chop building can be incredibly beneficial. Once I saw how quickly I gained results from these exercises I was addicted instantly. I consider some of these techniques and practice ideas to be my personal practice secrets and have treasured them for many years. I recommend choosing daily a new exercise from each of the sub sections and practicing them with a metronome for 5 to 10 minutes.
